Although she's not a native Texan, Kim has lived in the Houston area since 1980 and has experienced three decades of the city's dynamic growth. Prior to her well-established career in residential real estate, Kim earned her Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology and worked as a supervisor of the STAT lab at Memorial Hermann. In her free time, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and six grandchildren, gardening, taking care of her dogs, and watching her grandchildren play sports. Kim gives back to her community through her church and neighborhood HOA.

Aside from real estate I have a background in finance and education earning my degree from Columbia in Business Administration. I volunteer as a mentor for young women, and take pride investing in our youth. I am a Franklin, Tennessee native relocating to the Houston area in 2009. As a native Houstonian and long time Fort Bend County resident, I am very familiar with Sugar Land, Missouri City, Richmond, and the surrounding areas. I grew up in Sugar Land when there wasn't much here except for fields of livestock and a handful of subdivisions. After graduating from Texas A&M University, I moved back to Sugar Land. My husband and I have raised our son and daughter here.

I've worked in Human Resources for various companies in my previous career, but was fortunate to be able to stay close to home and raise my children through their school years. I've served on several PTO Boards, and was a First Colony Community Association Neighborhood Representative.

Having relocated several times overseas with my husband's company, I have a unique understanding of the challenges that relocating entails, and I am certain that I can relate and help you manage all of the details that your move will require.
