Originally from Ohio, I have now lived in Texas for over 20 years. I hold a Bachelors in Business Administration with a major in Accounting and a Masters in Information Systems. My interest in real estate began with owning and managing a small portfolio of rental properties. I have since entered the industry to help others achieve their dreams of home ownership.

Since I was a child I have been interested in real estate. My father was a builder and my mother a Realtor. Homes and their construction were frequent topics of conversation. It is fair to say I earned a dinner table degree at a young age. This passion has stuck with me from childhood through adulthood. I attended Houston Community College for my real estate training. I have been with RE/MAX for the past 12 years. I have a creative side and enjoy decorating, art, painting drawing and other creative pursuits. I am lucky that decorating skills mesh well with my real estate profession. I am able to help people stage or ready their homes for sale so that they have the best chance for a higher price and quickest sale possible I've had the pleasure of helping people move up to their dream home and first time home buyers on the path to financial security with home ownership. Having owned investment properties for many years and having witnessed first-hand the economic benefits of owning Real Estate, Daniel started his own company, and is happily building a Real Estate practice that not only has proved to be immensely satisfying on a personal level, but also is congruent with his "life purpose" (you know, the question "what am I here for" that all of us must eventually ask and attempt to answer).

Having received his first degree as an Electrical Engineer(go Cougars!), Daniel spent many years traveling the world as a Sales Manager for a few telecom-related companies. In the meantime, he dabbled in Real Estate by buying and managing rental properties. Today, he is a full-time Real Estate professional, helping the community and utterly enjoying the fact that he doesn't have to be on a plane very often. He also holds an M.B.A. degree from Houston Baptist University, and a Master of Arts degree in Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary. Married with five children, Daniel finds plenty of incentive for being the best Realtor he can be!
