Brandi grew up in Katy, TX and attended Texas State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology with a minor in Mathematics. Her affinity for helping professions began in Education and quickly moved into the Relocation and Real Estate Industry. Well-known for her philanthropy, Brandi spends most of her free time volunteering with various local organizations and directing charity events. After graduating with a bachelor's degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, I received my Nursing Facility Administrators license. I worked as an administrator for almost 5 years, and also earned my insurance license and selling long term care insurance. In, 2002, due to my husbands job, we moved overseas living in St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada; Doha, Qatar; Cairo, Egypt; Geneva, Switzerland; and Dubai, spending 14 years abroad before moving to Sugar Land.

Real Estate has always interested me. My husband and I have purchased 5 homes together. I love meeting new people and helping others. When you move as much as we have, you learn to think of moving from a different perspective, especially when moving on an international and even interstate level.

With my experience in moving from country to country, I'm very interested in helping people who are new to the area. My extensive travels have given me a strong sense of empathy, so I enjoy working with people of different cultures and experiences. Another area of interest is helping senior citizens.

I'm originally from Louisiana and my husband is from Maine. He works in the oil and gas industry. We have 3 children. Our oldest is a French Professor and our two younger children attend Texas A&M University.

I enjoy cooking, decorating, painting, hosting, traveling, and I have always enjoyed being active in our community and in the children's schools.

What sets Cynthia apart from the competition is her data- driven approach to real estate. While she considers herself a bit of a generalist, eager to help first-time homebuyers as well as experienced clients, she has a special fondness for helping families moving to Houston. Being a veteran, she has moved frequently during her lifetime and she understands the challenges and difficulties with picking up and starting all over again in a new community. Having endured many relocations, she recognizes that each transaction is unique and has its own unique challenges. But she's quick to adapt to any situation and that agility has become one of her most-loved qualities.

As a Navy Nuke, she was the first female to qualify Reactor Operator on the west coast and operated nuclear power plants on the USS Carl Vinson. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Seattle University. She holds a US Patent "Method for reducing distortion in a sheet of glass."

Away from work, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
