I have always been excited by the phenomenal growth the Fort Bend County area has experienced. When our young family moved to Sugar Land in the 1980s it seemed like Sugar Land was as far as civilization extended, or at least that was as far as people were willing to travel to get home. That was a long time ago, and perceptions have really changed. It was before Highway 59 was totally rebuilt, Highway 6 was transformed from the two lane road it once was, and the Grand Parkway came to be. Richmond, Rosenberg, Missouri City, and practically all of Fort Bend County now have the infrastructure, properties and amenities buyers are looking for to call home, and it doesn’t take that long to get here. Sellers are in luck, because while you were enjoying your property, the area surrounding was becoming more and more valuable. If you are ready to buy, sell, or lease, this is the area where the activity is.

My name is Lee Irvin and I have always been excited touring properties. My son, Ryan, took it a step further and studied Real Estate at Baylor. He became a Realtor and sold his first Million Dollars in real estate before I even began studying for my license. Native Houstonian, Cecilia Garcia's journey into real estate began at the age of 16. Her mother was a small-time investor who bought and flipped houses and dabbled in some property management. As soon as she got her driver's license, Cecilia would drive her mother to tour properties all around Houston. Her fond memories of this time with her mother are where her love of real estate began. Cecilia's background as a Human Resources staffing specialist for an oil and gas software company laid the ground work for her career in the real estate industry. Hiring Managers in Canada, US and Latin America looked to her for coordinating visas and serving as the liaison for relocation companies. Her knowledge of relocation and the home buying process carved a perfect path for a transition into real estate. Committed to the priorities of her clients, Cecilia stays current with the latest trends in real estate. She remains knowledgeable of the market in all the premier areas in which she sells and has a 5-star rating from Houston Association of Realtors based on client experience. In addition to serving her own clients, Cecilia also works as Office Manager of the Sugar Land office for REALM Real Estate Professionals. In an office of nearly 250 agents, her duties include but are not limited to: overall office administration, contract approvals, commission payouts, facilities management, ensuring compliance with Texas Real Estate Commission, vendor management, event planning, recruitment and onboarding, new agent training, technology management, and whatever else comes her way! Cecilia is a graduate of the University of Houston and holds a bachelor's degree in psychology with a minor in Sociology. She attends St. Laurence Catholic Church where she sings in the church choir and is a member of several parish ministries. Her charity work includes volunteering and fundraising for Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. She lives in Sugar Land with her husband and 2 daughters.

Shahid Jakiuddin has worked in real estate in the Greater Houston market since 2015 as a private investor, remodeled and permit-related consultant through the City of Houston planning and zoning office.

Mr. Jakiuddin holds his BS in Pharmacy and has worked as a Pharmacist, Pharmacy Manager & District Manage since 1999. He also understands owner/operator perspectives, as he himself is a small business owner of local pharmacies.
