Mary spent her early years in Florida and worked as a computer programmer and systems analyst before turning her sights on office product sales. After moving to First Colony, she spent several years raising a family and honing her tennis skills but eventually realized she missed the challenge of a career. Felicia was born in Brooklyn, New York and was raised on the paradise island of St. Thomas United States Virgin Islands. Although she loved living in the warm climate of the Virgin Islands where she is deep rooted, after High School, Felicia relocated from St. Thomas to Norfolk, Virginia to attend college and later relocated to Houston, TX where she has been a resident since December 1989. Felicia went on to attend and graduate from Prairie View A&M University where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering. Felicia is also a Certified Public Manger (CPM).

Her knowledge gained from working as an engineer and senior project manager, has provided her with valuable "best practice" skills that she utilizes daily in executing real estate negotiations, educating home buyers and sellers as well marketing the team's listings. Felicia is an enthusiastic, customer driven individual dedicated to achieving results as well as providing superior service.
