“We, like many, were overwhelmed when it came to moving into a house for the first time. However, Stephanie did everything and more to make this experience about as pleasant as you could ask for. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. She established our wants in a house, and was vigilant to bring every listing that fit our criteria to our attention. When we had a question, she was not only always there, but she had the answer or got an answer for us; When she got information, we got information. When we did find the house for us, she kept us positive through the anxious approval and contract period. That meant a ton to my wife and I. She made sure all the I’s were dotted, and the T’s were crossed when we got the contract, and discovered an item left out that I missed. Stephanie did what I personally feel all real estate professionals should strive for, and that is establish a client relationship through their expertise and genuineness.
