Stephanie Reiter, founder and principal of Sterling Property Group, combines a passion for real estate and design with a keen eye for detail, specializing in matching clients with properties that align perfectly with their needs and aspirations. As a self-described "real estate matchmaker," she has an innate ability to understand the unique qualities of each client and business, ensuring a seamless connection with the right property.

With a background in Mass Communication, Stephanie began her career in Los Angeles, focusing on luxury travel and event design for Fortune 500 companies. This experience helped her cultivate a creative vision and sharpen her skills in high-level client service.

Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to launch her own consulting business, which eventually brought her back to Texas. There, she expanded her expertise to include technology sales, gaining a deeper understanding of both design and sales processes. This diverse foundation naturally led her to real estate.  

Today, as the founder and principal of Sterling Property Group, Stephanie is a licensed Realtor specializing in both residential and commercial real estate, while also serving as the lead designer. She combines her expertise in sales, design sensibility, and strategic approach to help clients see the full potential of every property.
