After graduating from Texas Tech University, with a degree in Petroleum Land Management, Lisa began working in her familys oil and gas operating company, preparing working interests assignments and other various oil and gas contracts and agreements. Wanting to venture outside of the family business, Lisa began working in commercial real estate, specifically in retail leasing, where she thrived at negotiating deals and relationship cultivation.
