I am a native Texan, born and raised in Odessa, and making the move to Houston in 1990. I know and have lived the Texas real estate market!! Working as a loan officer for many years and now on the real estate side, I will help you in all the stages of the buying/selling home process. In addition to this, as a mother of five children with three currently in college, I know first hand how important schools and neighborhoods are to a growing family.

My hobbies include running with my very active dog Fahren, playing tennis, GNO with my besties, and going on vacations with my husband and family. I also am an active member of Faithbridge Church and teach every Wednesday night a group of sweet teenage girls and help them learn to love one another and love their neighbors as themselves.

For those searching for a new home, Mr. Perry will guide in researching, keeping abreast of new listings, preparing for closing and more. He is ready to help establish a budget and use his market knowledge to find the best deal possible for his clients. Buyers will also receive listing alerts so they'll be the first to know when new listings fitting their needs come on the market. Mr. Perry graduated with a Degree in Business Management from Lamar University. He then spent 9 years working as a Sales Manager for AT&T, where he was recognized with several sales awards and "Manager of the Month" awards. During his time working for AT&T, Mr. Perry acquired strong skills in negotiation, customer service, and management—all of which are very important in the real estate industry. He also has a vast understanding of residential financing terms and practices. As a real estate agent, he will use his customer service skills to develop strong customer relationships with his clients relocating to The Greater Houston Area. He is fully committed to guiding his customers through the real estate transaction to ensure that they find their dream home. 

Candice is a native Houstonian, who comes from three generations of construction and home building. Her sales career started early at an age of barely 20 working in sales at Ferguson Enterprises, Inc., a fortune five hundred company that specializes in industrial, commercial, and residential commodities. She has worked side by side with some of the most respected Custom/Trac Builders in the Southeast region of Texas for over 14 years. Her expertise in plumbing, hardware, appliances, and inner workings of home construction made the transition into Real Estate exceptionally fitting. Her high ethical standards for being an honest, hard-working, professional have been proven in her success. Candice’s tenacious, go get it attitude combined with her passion for meeting the needs of her clients is certain to set any seller/buyer’s minds at ease.
