Jennifer Kinser, is your Third Generation Realtor and Houston Area Hometown Real Estate Expert. I grew up in Conroe,Texas. I attended Baylor University (Sic em') and graduated with a degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Over the years I have worked as a speech therapist helping kids and their families in the community. Very much like a speech therapist, a Realtor's communication with their clients is crucial to a successful transaction and a trusting relationship. Communication is what sets me apart from all the rest!
My passion for serving others is why I love Real Estate. I have been in the real estate industry for over 15 years handling all facets of real estate with not only both buyers and sellers, but also property management (purchasing, managing and leasing commercial and residential investment properties) as well as a Real Estate Marketing Specialist and Transaction Coordinator for residential sales at several brokerages. I have resided in the Houston area for over 40 years and the last 12 years in Spring, Texas with my husband and 2 amazing kids. I was born and raised in Houston, TX and I love my city dearly. Life has taken me to Waco, Baytown, Beaumont and Oklahoma City but my roots are here in Houston. I have a loving and supportive husband and a beautiful daughter. My family allows me to follow my dreams and their support is phenomenal.

Hi, and welcome to my page! I am a native Texan, and I have lived in the Houston area for over 30 years. I have helped my clients buy and sell homes from the far west in Richmond, to the gulf coast in Galveston, up north in the Conroe area, and of course my home town in the Humble, Kingwood, Atascocita neighborhoods. Real Estate peaked my interests while I was building my own custom home from the ground up. I found myself immersed in books, online literature, blogs, you name it.
