Sheridan Garcia was born and raised in San Jose, California, and moved to Texas in 2017 on an athletic scholarship. She comes from a background of 2 years in the real estate industry and brings a variety of skills learned over time to bear when working with her real estate clients. Sheridan Garcia attended The University of Texas at San Antonio and earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, and her skills in Health and Human Sciences give her a unique insight into how to protect clients and their needs as well as market properties for success. Sheridan Garcia entered the Real Estate world in order to improve upon a less-than-stellar experience with an agent, meet, and help new people accomplish homeownership, and hasn't looked back. Sheridan Garcia is engaged and lives in Spring, Texas with her Fiancé and rescue Doberman Pincher named Daisy. She spends her free time with family and friends. She also enjoys participating in outdoor activities such as hiking and fishing.

In 1993 I started D & D Pre-Employment Screening, Inc., which is a private investigative firm specializing in pre-employment screening. My company that started with one client in April 1993 was recognized as one of Houston's Fastest-Growing Private Companies in 1998. The award was part of a program sponsored by the University of Houston Small Business Development Center. After the sale of my private investigative company - I decided to take all my skills, knowledge, and success to the real estate market. With this past professional integrity, I wish to share what I have learned and experienced over the years. I have lived and worked in the Houston - Katy area for the last 30 years and I have seen the vast growth of Katy. My grandchildren attended schools in Katy ISD.
