I am a Realtor in the state of Texas,Native Houstonian,attended high school and college in the City of Houston. An ordained Deacon,avid golfer and member of H.A.R ,T.A.R and N.A.R my goal is "integrity". Born in Los Angeles and raised in Spring, Precious has a deep passion for real estate. With experience in both property management and commercial insurance, Precious brings a unique expertise that reflects in her extreme attention to details and fine print. A true people person, Precious loves meeting folks from around the world and has a special ability to make every client feel like her one and only. Being from the West Coast, Precious has helped many families relocate to Texas from California, Arizona, Nevada and other western states. Although Precious has served clients all over Houston, she specializes in helping clients buy and sell homes in Montgomery and north Harris Counties. In her free time, Precious loves traveling back to L.A., feeding the ducks at Northshore Park with her adorable 6-year-old son, and having lunch on the patio at Hughes Landing, Market Street or The Waterway.

Sharon Teusink has been in real estate in the Northwest/ Champions area of Houston since 1980. After working as a licensed agent, Sharon and a partner started Champions School of Real estate. During that period Sharon developed the curriculum and taught real estate classes. In 1988 Sharon became the manager of the Champions Gary Greene office. The office quickly became a top producing office which has continued through out the years. Sharon attributes the success of the office to recruiting and retaining the best agents in the area, along with a wonderful support staff.

Oscar is a native Houstonian who proudly served our country in the United States Navy. He has brought that same level of service and commitment to the real estate world for the past 12 years. As a seasoned real estate professional, he recognizes and values the trust his clients place in him, and he strives everyday to exceed their expectations. He also holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston and has 15 years of oil and gas experience. This experience has provided him with valuable skills in problem solving, analytical thinking, and crisis management. Oscar's clients often describe him as detail-oriented, proactive, patient and fun to be around. Outside of real estate, he enjoys family time with his loving wife Maria and their beautiful daughters, Alyssa and Grace.
