Hi, my name is Eva Campos. I was born and raised in Houston, so this has given me the opportunity to be well versed with the different parts of our city. My background is education. As a product of Houston ISD, I graduated from the High School for the Performing Arts (HSPVA) and graduated from St Thomas University. I received both my bachelors and masters degree from St Thomas. I retired in 2021 from Houston ISD as an elementary school principal in the Heights. As a full-time real estate agent, I provide monthly home buyer workshops to educate my first time buyers, so that they will dive into this new journey with both ease and confidence. This is an opportunity for them to meet and interview a group of lenders and home inspectors so they can begin to build those relationships of their choice. A new experience can be both exciting and frightening, so I walk my buyers through the entire process, answer questions, and keep them informed. I am bilingual, so I explain the process and details in the language my clients understands best. As a prior educator, I understand the importance of staying abreast of the new laws and continuous changes in the real estate business. Each year, I exceed the required number of hours to satisfy the state requirements because I want to serve my clients to the best of my abilities. At my brokerage, I also serve as one of the coaches that guide and support brand new agents. I believe training and mentoring are essential for both the agent and the client experience.
