I am a licensed Texas Real Estate Agent and have lived in Spring, Texas for over 40 years. I have an extensive knowledge of the area and love meeting people and making new friends. My focus is in assisting first-time homebuyers find their perfect first home quickly - and working closely with home sellers to market and sell their homes fast, stress-free, and for top dollar.

Immediately prior to my real estate career, I co-owned a successful travel agency in Spring/Magnolia for 7 years. Before that, I worked in retail sales and management serving the needs of clients and customers for over 20 years. I take pride in having earned a solid reputation for professionalism, integrity, and client satisfaction.

I am a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. But most importantly, I am a member of the Spring/Klein community!

Eric Ruple was born and raised in Harris County and now resides in Montgomery County. This has given him the opportunity to build an extensive network and form close relationships with local businesses and people of both counties. He became a licensed real estate agent in 2019.
