I am very excited to return in assisting individuals with their home sale or purchase transactions. Five of my professional career years where involved as a new home sales professional with a major home builder.I have also been involved for 30 plus years in decorative plumbing and hardware home related product selections. The numerous construction projects have provided me with the experience to provide the highest level of consultative services and negotiate the best value, quality, and prices for clients.
I continuously strive to provide the most friendly, professional, educated, loyal, honest, sincere, and advantageous consultation to my clients. Their best interests and concerns will always come first and be placed ahead of my own in each and every real estate transaction. I strive to provide an exceptional level of full service value utilizing professional partnerships to help meet their goals and needs. I am dedicated to the development of long-term personal client relationships. I will work diligently to ensure that I exceed all their expectations and create friendships along the way.

I am a native Houstonian; I have seen the Houston and surrounding areas grow and develop into the most sought after destination to work and live! In addition, having the knowledge of the neighborhood's history and development, better serves my clients in selling, buying and/or leasing residential and commercial properties. Exceeding the expectations of service is my priority. My goal is to set a standard of excellence in my industry. A license Realtor in 2000 and established Broker/Owner of Platinum One Properties, LLC (Boutique Real Estate Office) since 2004 in Houston's Inner Loop Area. I am an Alumni of Our Lady of the Lake University and currently a member of Houston Association of Realtors; Texas Association of Realtors; National Association of Realtors; National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP); Greater Houston Builders Association Sales and Marketing Council; BROMAC Builder Realtor Outreach Advisory Council and Co Host of Real Estate U Show. In my free time, I enjoy writing poetry/lyrics, going to the gym, hot yoga, golfing, listening to live music and dancing. I enjoy spending time with friends, family and traveling to experience the natural beauty of other parts of the world. Being fluent in Spanish enables me in my travels as well with clients in my industry.
