My name is Ruth Lopez and I was born in Los Angeles, California and raised in Houston, TX. While I am open to all areas of Houston, I am most familiar with Spring/Humble area. In fact, my favorite part of the city is The Vintage Park because they have so many delicious restaurants and its very romantic at night.

To be a successful real estate agent, I believe in focusing on the community. I am a member of WRC (The Woman's Council of Realtors) and enjoy spending my time creating new ideas. Networking gives me the opportunity to meet others in the area, stay up-to-date on local activities and understand the unique differences each neighborhood offers.

In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with my husband, 3 kids and our fur baby Marley. As a family we enjoy going fishing and relaxing outdoors. We also enjoy movie nights on the weekends and our local church on Sundays.

Kenita Williams is a New Orleans native who moved to the Houston area in 2013. I service the Houston and surrounding areas: Spring, Humble, The Woodlands, Tomball, Katy and Cypress. Combined with my New Homes Sales background and as licensed real estate professional my career spans 18+ years in the real estate industry. I had the honor and privilege to serve our nation in the United States Marine Corps. I was stationed abroad in Iwakuni, Japan and Greece working closely with NATO operations respectively. I'm excited to bring my experience to this new chapter to my career.

My wife Erika Santana whom is a Broker with 20+ years of experience, together we own and manage Texas Key Holders Real Estate. In addition we have made lots of friends and acquaintances that help them Buy/Sell & Close over 1100+ homes. In our previous endeavor with we earned a number of accolades which was accomplished by earning the trust of friends/client and their referrals. My passion is the U. S. Marine Corps and I volunteer as well as a member of the Marine Corps League Eastex Detachment #779. Additionally, my wife and I do community outreach with M.E.C.A (Multi-Cultural Education and Counseling thru Arts) where we are Sunburst volunteers for inner city youth and adult education/arts program. Clarissa is also a dog mom to four pooches. She loves spending quality time with her family and friends watching their favorite Houston sports teams. As an avid traveler and adventure seeker, she's even jumped out of an airplane!
