Houston area born and raised, I have extensive knowledge of the area and am passionate about using my industrial sales background and negotiating skills to get clients into homes they love! I have an engineering degree from Texas A&M and began my career in the oil & gas industry where I worked to improve processes and efficiency. I was quickly promoted into Production Management where I led a team of 35. I eventually transitioned into a technical sales role. Through customer focus, relationship building and consistently working to provide new solutions I was able to help my customers navigate challenging issues to save money and meet their individual business objectives. It was not unusual to have an industrial customer call you in the middle of the night needing assistance and I will bring that same level of dedication to my real estate customers whenever they need it. Buying my first home was an incredible experience and I would love to apply my unique sales experience and customer commitment to help people find their own dream home!

A native Texan, I have a great knowledge of the surrounding areas and culture. I enjoy helping my clients find their way in their new home town. Aaron brings a smiling face, friendly enthusiasm, and efficiency to the often bewildering and impersonal world of real estate. Splitting his youth and formative years between the United States and Mexico, Aaron speaks fluent English and Spanish and knows the ins and outs of the real estate industry and market in both countries. From an early age, Aaron took a special interest in both science and business and enjoyed learning about construction and property management from his father. He received a science degree in California in 1995 and went on to become the partner and general manager of a reputable automotive shop. His extensive knowledge in mechanics gave way to a new venture in retrofitting engines on several high performance cars for racing. Meanwhile, Aaron began focusing his interests on creating a real estate agency to help foreigners buy homes in Mexico. With the goal of providing personalized and prompt service where it was previously unavailable, Aaron started Coco Realty in 2005, a Real Estate Company based in the remote and enchanting seaside town of Puerto Escondido, Mexico. Specializing in vacation rentals, property sales and the creation of the necessary bank trusts for foreign owners and investors, he has been commended by peers and online reviewers for being honest, knowledgeable, efficient, and just an all around nice guy. He strives to offer exceptional service based on his clients’ precise needs. To be sure, Aaron helped a British client and now close friend build his dream beach house from what began as a rough sketch on a paper napkin, facilitating all of the necessary elements and guiding him through the entire legal process.
