Jenny Hill has 17 years' experience in Real Estate and Business to Business Sales, with Contract Negotiations central to her career success.

As a Partner in Treager Development, Jenny has experience working with architects, builders, tenants, remodelers, Home Owner's Associations and financial institutions.

For her own family, she has worked with industry professionals to build two new homes and has also extensively renovate two additional homes. Her local, vetted contacts and resources will be at your fingertips.

Jenny has relocated internationally, across the country and down the street, all with children. She understands the impact and importance of making a house a home, feeling connected to the community and being excited about your move. Originally from the Chicago area, Jenny has lived in NW Harris County for nearly 20 years.

Lauren Ashley is the team lead for The Lauren Ashley Team with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene Champions office. She is a personable and enthusiastic agent who has lived in the Houston area her entire life, having attended Klein ISD. She received her undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University and then furthered her education, earning her Specialist in School Psychology degree from Sam Houston State University. Prior to establishing the Lauren Ashley Team, her drive and character catapulted her real estate career allowing her to hit award winning production levels including being recognized as the #1 Individual Sales Lead for BHGRE Gary Greene Company-Wide.
