Nicole specializes in helping clients who are looking to buy, sell or lease property in Houston, TX and the surrounding cities. She believes in a win-win relationship with her clients. She puts her clients and their interests first. She is candid and honest at all times, therefore providing a high level of customer service.

Nicole has worked in the customer service industry for over 15 years holding titles such as Assistant Manager and Supervisor. Although she has only been a real estate agent since 2015, she has over 5 years of real estate experience. After being on the buying and selling side of past transactions, she grew a deep interest in real estate and decided she wanted to help others do as she had done, achieve their dreams of one day owning a home.

Nicole was born and raised in Los Angeles, California but she currently resides in Spring, TX with her husband Stephen, their daughter Sarai and their two dogs, Buddy and Coco.

April Flugence moved to Spring, Texas from Lafayette, Louisiana where she studied Public Relations at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Moving to a place like Spring with its small town feel and big city amenities was a natural fit for her family. The area is faith-filled, family-centered, and full of trees, just like back home in Louisiana. As your realtor, April uses her past experience in Public Relations and Marketing to listen to her client's needs and pay attention to the details. She uses these details to find the right home quickly and ensure a smooth transaction from contract to close.
