The inspiration for Kristi to start her real estate business came from her personal experience of moving dozens of times. After purchasing her first investment property with her husband and completely renovating it, Kristi became highly interested in the real estate industry and decided to pursue a fast-paced career where she would get a chance to share her knowledge and provide a rewarding and educational buying/selling experience. Lauren Ashley is the team lead for The Lauren Ashley Team with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene Champions office. She is a personable and enthusiastic agent who has lived in the Houston area her entire life, having attended Klein ISD. She received her undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University and then furthered her education, earning her Specialist in School Psychology degree from Sam Houston State University. Prior to establishing the Lauren Ashley Team, her drive and character catapulted her real estate career allowing her to hit award winning production levels including being recognized as the #1 Individual Sales Lead for BHGRE Gary Greene Company-Wide. Additionally, her previous experience includes over 7 years of strategic and result-oriented client and data management. Organized and outgoing, Meredith Lucas is a meticulous, motivated, and trustworthy agent who is eager to help her clients find their dream home. A proud Texan since 2003, her primary area of focus is residential real estate in The Woodlands, Spring, The Heights and surrounding areas. She has her staging designation from RESA CSA.

Meredith's prior experience in quality construction coupled with her outstanding eye for detail and knowledge of interior design and dcor gives her an uncanny knack for what a home has to offer. Meredith attended the University of Rhode Island where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene with a Minor in Marketing. She began her career as a Dental Hygienist and then moved into the Dental Sales industry. A decade in sales provided the opportunity for Meredith to develop a strong aptitude for negotiation and to sharpen her sales skills. Her transition to real estate was natural for her as her skillset and vibrant personality make her a joy to work with.

Married to her loving and supportive husband, Billy, since 2006, they share two wonderful children, Jack and Stella. The Lucas' enjoy travelling together, camping, family movie nights, and entertaining family and friends. Meredith is an active volunteer at her childrens' schools. In her free time, she enjoys arts and crafts and exploring fashion and home dcor.
