As a professional educator and life long learner, my goal is to provide unyielding service and cater to the uniqueness of each and every person I encounter. As your realtor the goals and values that I have used in my profession as an educator, will transfer and flourish. Who am I? I am a Christian, Wife, Mother, Daughter, Sister, Niece, Cousin, Friend, and Knowledge Seeker. Why Me? I am determined, driven, and a go getter. I am TaMeka Martin. I was born in Bryan, Texas and I was raised in the Brazos Valley with strong ties to Robertson and Brazos counties. I graduated from Prairie View A&M University in 2002 with a Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering and in 2005 with a Master's of Business Administration. After several years in the education profession, I went back to school at Lamar University and obtained a Mater's of Educational Administration in 2011. I pride myself on being a life long learner. Outside of my educational endeavors, I am a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and participate in various charitable events in the Waller and Harris County areas. My faith leads me and I am a proud member of Fallbrook Church in the Northwest Houston Area. My husband and I settled in Northwest Houston where we have lived for over 13 years and currently reside in Champions with our two daughters.

I'm excited to have the opportunity & experience of meeting new clients and being able to help them MOVE into their next chapter of life regarding buying or selling their home. My goal in every transaction is to inform, guide, and educate my clients through the real estate process. I value prompt communication, along with friendliness & trust to achieve the best deal in the least amount of time.
I'm devoted in taking the time to learn & listen to what my clients needs and wants are to accomplish their goal. Outside of real estate, I enjoy my time with my family and riding horses.

Born in Los Angeles and raised in Spring, Precious has a deep passion for real estate. With experience in both property management and commercial insurance, Precious brings a unique expertise that reflects in her extreme attention to details and fine print. A true people person, Precious loves meeting folks from around the world and has a special ability to make every client feel like her one and only. Being from the West Coast, Precious has helped many families relocate to Texas from California, Arizona, Nevada and other western states. Although Precious has served clients all over Houston, she specializes in helping clients buy and sell homes in Montgomery and north Harris Counties. In her free time, Precious loves traveling back to L.A., feeding the ducks at Northshore Park with her adorable 6-year-old son, and having lunch on the patio at Hughes Landing, Market Street or The Waterway.
