I started my career in supply chain management, specifically in the Energy Manufacturing industry for 6 years and I spent another 5 1/2 years in the Oil and Gas industry working for the second largest oil and gas service provider. Cumulatively over the 12 years, daily I was focused on negotiating contracts and negotiation and sourcing of raw materials (steel, chemicals, etc.), MRO and more; sourced and negotiated logistics contracts for both imports and exports, domestic and international, Sea, land, air, and rail; Managed customs entries etc.




In between these years I earned a BBA and began Grad school, MBA program.






I apply the skills that I have learned in the past decade to provide the best negotiations and service for all my clients, sellers and buyers!





I received my Real Estate license, following my husband's footsteps in May 2021, since then I am a Multi-Million Dollar Top Performing Producer years 2021 and 2022.

Alejandro was born and raised in the Woodlands Texas. Through his experience in hospitality and his perseverance on and off the soccer field as a player and coach, he's acquired great social and leadership skills. This has also showed him to adapt to many different crowds and bring together many different types of people and personalities to accomplish difficult tasks. Although he's worked almost every aspect of hospitality, he is always brought back to his salesmanship and is recently transitioning from investment real estate to residential real estate. Robert M. Jackson IV was born in Clarksville, TN. Robert was reared in a military family, his family traveled throughout the U.S, however they would eventually call Killeen, Texas home. In 2009 his family relocated to the the Spring,TX area, where he attended Westfield/Wunsche Academy. Robert played football for Westfield High School and would later choose his love for Culinary Arts and follow his dream of becoming a Culinary Chef. He attended the Culinary Institute Of America, where he received his Associates Degree in Culinary Arts and his Bachelors Degree in Hospitality/Business Management. Robert has a heart for people, real estate has given him an opportunity to build an extensive network and form close relationships with local businesses and people. Understanding my community and the areas I work is one of the most important aspects of my real estate career. Robert enjoys working with first-time buyers, military/retired veterans and is very knowledgeable about the diverse architecture that Harris/Montgomery Counties have to offer from Craftsman-style new home construction to mid/high-rise homes. Robert's experience is not only in real estate, but he spent time traveling and studying culinary arts abroad.
