Hello! I'm Ann Royster-Wallace of the Ann & David Wallace Team. I am a dedicated and passionate real estate professional and TV show host, with over 22 years of experience in the industry. I have sold over $150 Million in properties. In 2019, I achieved the REMAX "Hall of Fame" award. In 2020, I moved over to Keller Williams, where the Ann & David Wallace Team was the #1 Team at Keller Williams Professionals in 2021 and #2 Team in 2023. In 2023 alone, we had over 36 property transactions with over $15 Million in property sales. In 2024, I became a host of a national TV show called "The American Dream - Selling Houston". This is an Emmy Award nominated show that is on networks like HGTV, Travel, Apple TV, Roku and Amazon Prime. Over the years, I have cultivated a deep understanding of the real estate market's complexities and dynamics. I specialize in residential properties, providing insightful market analysis, personalized client services, and a strategic approach to buying and selling homes. I am your Hometown Girl. I was born and raised in the Tomball/Cypress area and graduated from Tomball High school. I have watched what was once a small town, grow and change and in that I found my love for real estate. I bring 22 years of customer service experience to the table and my main focus is to put my clients first. Before joining Gary Greene, I earned a degree in Accounting and gained experience as a business professional. Throughout the years I've bought and sold several residential and commercial properties. Living overseas and relocating back to Texas has given me experience in relocation services. All of this experience in property buying and selling is ultimately what sparked my interest in Real Estate.





During my free time, my husband and I enjoy spending time with our children and six grandchildren.
