Meredith attended the University of Rhode Island where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene with a Minor in Marketing. She began her career as a Dental Hygienist and then moved into the Dental Sales industry. A decade in sales provided the opportunity for Meredith to develop a strong aptitude for negotiation and to sharpen her sales skills. Her transition to real estate was natural for her as her skillset and vibrant personality make her a joy to work with.

Married to her loving and supportive husband, Billy, since 2006, they share two wonderful children, Jack and Stella. The Lucas' enjoy travelling together, camping, family movie nights, and entertaining family and friends. Meredith is an active volunteer at her childrens' schools. In her free time, she enjoys arts and crafts and exploring fashion and home dcor.

In addition to my primary development activities, I serve as a consultant for Hunter Housing Economics (HHE), headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida. At HHE, I engage in financial modeling, real estate valuations, and extensive market analysis across various asset types. My contributions leverage a deep understanding of business and financial data analysis, allowing me to offer strategic insights that protect clients from risks, enhance resource efficiency, and ensure optimal outcomes. My integral role within the HHE leadership team involves participating in numerous pivotal studies.

Kristal Scott is an agent who uses the latest marketing strategies, research and knowledge to provide her clients with exceptional customer service. Her knowledge of the Houston real estate market encompasses both resale and new construction single family homes, townhomes and high rise condominiums. A Houston native, Meagan loves this city, its homes, and to help buyers and sellers realize their dreams. Before becoming a Realtor, Meagan worked in Houston's energy industry in regulatory compliance for 14 years. She has a BA in Geography from the University of Texas at Austin. Moving from the energy industry into real estate was an easy choice for the next chapter in her professional career, having followed the market closely for many years, and witnessing her mom, Sally Beck, build her real estate business over the last 17 years. Parts of Meagan's regulatory compliance job she loved easily crossover to real estate working with and getting to know new people, helping clients achieve their goals, researching, researching and more researching, understanding laws and regulations and communicating such to clients.
