I've spent a good portion of my life moving. One city to another, one state to another, one country to another (specifically the U.S. and Italy). My father was in the military so we had the privilege of seeing the world, one house at a time. Searching for a new home was my absolute favorite thing to do - the house hunting with our Realtor, picking my room, looking for secret passageways. These experiences cultivated my love for real estate and my desire to always help people feel "at home."

Fast forward through 10 cities, 10 homes, a B.A in Mass Communications with a minor in Spanish & Theatre, and several event planning and sales jobs later, to the great state of Texas where I live with my son Austin. It's here that I began my career as a Realtor with Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene. I then stepped out on my own and joined forces with one of Houston's top Commercial Real Estate power players, Brenda Pennington, to create Pennington Reid Residential. ABOUT PATRICK SULLIVAN - Patrick was a college tennis coach for 15 years at Texas A&M, SMU, Stephen F. Austin and the University of Houston where he was an NCAA Coach of the Year finalist. He is a graduate of both Texas A&M and the University of Arkansas School of Law. During law school he worked for a title company as a contract closer and learned advanced negotiation strategies on his way to becoming a court-appointed mediator. Patrick has also worked as a project manager, building custom homes and running extensive renovations in the Houston area.

Patrick was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and is fully fluent in Spanish. He was raised in Northwest Houston and is a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Community. He is an active volunteer at the St. Frances Cabrini Center where he helps provide assistance to immigrants who are victims or crime and/or unaccompanied minors. Patrick enjoys spending time with his family and coaching the boys and girls tennis teams at Concordia Lutheran High School in Tomball.
