Hello, I'm Gina Holstien. What began as a mere hobby for my husband and I in 2008, when we acquired our first flip-house at auction, soon transformed into a profound journey of learning through firsthand experiences. These challenging endeavors granted us a vast wealth of knowledge and expertise in the real estate industry.

However, my true passion lies in assisting buyers in discovering their perfect homes. I derive immense satisfaction from the process of connecting with each client, fostering trust, and nurturing a meaningful relationship throughout their home-buying journey.

Since 2007, I have resided in the Clear Lake area, happily married and devoted to raising our two wonderful children. When not engrossed in the world of real estate, my husband and I revel in our shared love for travel, spending quality time on the water, cherishing moments with our friends and family, and actively participating in our local church community.

With a background in business, accounting, and taxes, I have a full circle perspective of the real estate property transaction process. I continue to educate myself in the classroom and with experience to bring you and your family the best experience possible. Sage is originally from Southern California, but has called Texas home for the better part of a decade. She chose a career in real estate after years of marketing experience. Sage is a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and loves working with the military community. As a military spouse herself whose family relocated to Houston and went through the home buying process, she has a passion for helping other relocating families find their perfect homes. She also knows the stress and emotions that come with selling or renting a home and strives to help you navigate the experience with ease. Sage values connecting with her clients above all else. Real Estate has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Widowed when I was 4 months old, my 29-year-old mother (following in her late father's footsteps) began selling real estate. For me, this meant spending my childhood going with her to real estate offices, going on showings, and helping to stamp envelopes and pass out flyers. By the time I was 10, she was a broker who had opened the first of 3 offices of her own with my two older sisters among her agents. In 1986, I also followed in the family's footsteps. I was licensed at 19 years old and began working at Century 21 Livable Homes in the Southbelt Area of Houston. Real Estate is home for me...not just because it's in my DNA, but because it allows me to follow my dream of helping others achieve theirs and live their best life.

In 1996 I married my husband and traveled to Houston, Texas from Montenegro, the former Yugoslavia to reside from thereon in the United States. We had three beautiful children and I was blessed with the opportunity to be stay at home mom . My husband is a unique and venturous person who has always been thinking of new opportunities to acquire income, so in 2007 we together decided to invest in real estate and build homes. During the construction of our houses the market crashed and it became difficult to sell them at that time so instead we leased our homes to people looking to rent until it became stable again. In 2010 I received a certification in home inspection but I decided that wasn't what I wanted for myself and it turned my focus instead to real estate.

With the knowledge and experience I have gained over the years, I decided to become a real estate agent and do what I like to do, which is helping people find a home that they're going to enjoy with their family or sell their home so they can start a new life elsewhere. There is no better joy than seeing the smile on the client's face when you hand them the key to their new home or present the seller with the offer.
