Hi, my name is Alexis Morgan. I was born in Galveston but moved to the Madisonville area around 15 years ago, so I am very familiar with both areas and surrounding counties. I studied at Champions School of Real Estate, and I am willing to help you buy, sell, lease or invest! Sage is originally from Southern California, but has called Texas home for the better part of a decade. She chose a career in real estate after years of marketing experience. Sage is a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and loves working with the military community. As a military spouse herself whose family relocated to Houston and went through the home buying process, she has a passion for helping other relocating families find their perfect homes. She also knows the stress and emotions that come with selling or renting a home and strives to help you navigate the experience with ease. Sage values connecting with her clients above all else. A little about me!

I am a lifelong resident of the Houston-Galveston Bay Area, grew up in Clear Lake City, and graduated in 1974 from Clear Lake High. I have lived in Santa Fe since 1983. I always had an interest in Real Estate and construction, and after many endeavors from self-employment, to retail management, to custom home building, to office manager at a Septic Company for 10 years, I became a REALTOR® in 2015. My vast experience comes in handy in the many facets of Real Estate. Since becoming a REALTOR® I have made it a priority to continue my education by attending extra classes and have achieved additional distinctions. I have been successful in helping many buyers and sellers achieve their Real Estate objectives. I value relationships and take very seriously the trust my clients give me by letting me help them with their Real Estate needs and giving me referrals.
