Colleen began her real estate career in 2018. She lives in & specializes in helping buyers & sellers in and around Katy, TX, just outside of Houston. She is a mother of two daughters, grandmother of two grandsons, and happy pet mom of a boxer and sulcata tortoise. She enjoys the outdoors, loves to garden, dance , sing, and she is learning the guitar. She is very active in her church and her community. Colleen has a servants heart. Born in Atlanta, Sheila Piazza has lived in San Anto­nio since fifth grade, when bet active-duty military rather relocated the f.unily hete. Piazza was a jewelry designer for 12 ye=, holding two utility patents on her jewelry de­sign. After her parents became ill when she was a single parent> Piazza decided on a more sustaining career. She started as a licensed mortgage broker in 2006. Soon after1 Piazza became a real estate agent and then acquired her reaJ estate broker license .. In 2016, she launched her own insurance company and now runs Pi­azza Realty Property Management.
