I tried to share one of our office's listings to my facebook but when it shares to my Facebook profile, the original listings agent is still on the listing. I have previewed the listing and it shows my picture in the listings photo but not when it's on my Facebook profile page. Please help......

If you are a platinum member it allows you to share a listing and it would be branded with your name on it. You can do it in your app by just clicking the 3 dots on the upper right corner and it would give you options to share. You can also do it in your computer, laptop it would auto populate a link.

I have a new build home that has a detached garage and a completed apartment above it and need to know if it's considered in the living square footage. The completed apartment has a kitchenette and full restroom.

If the garage apartment is detached to the home it would not be considered as living space. If the garage apartment is fully functional the garage apartment would be considered as separate living space.

Is it possible to add outside reviews such as Google Reviews or Email Reviews/Recommendations to my HAR Rating?

No you can not add outside reviews to your HAR account. However you can invite your client to a recommendation. Recommendations also show up in your profile.

How can I ask clients for reviews? I do not see the link anymore.

In the HAR app there is a section where it says members only portal you can go to the drop down “Client experience rating “ or “Recommendations” and send it to your clients. A review with star ratings will only be on the client experience rating based on previous transactions. You will have to be a platinum member to use these tools. Hope this helps!

How to Assign a different agent to a current listing on MLS

You can add a Co listing agent in Matrix on ADD & EDIT. By going to the showing information section and you will see a drop box that says “Find a Co List Agent” once you put the agent Id it will auto fill the agents information. Hope this helps!
