“100 Recommend Rubi In the current market it is very difficult get your offer in before the dozens of investors flooding the market raising the cost and making it nearly impossible for a private individual to buy a home at a fair value. It is imperative your agent is QUICK to respond and submit your offer with much communication to understand and relay your intentions offer etc. It seems like investors are always one step ahead which is why you cannot afford to have an agent who is non-responsive and or slow to respond or relay submit your offer needs.
