I grew up in the Greater Metropolitan Houston Area, Alvin to be precise. My family moved from apartment to apartment and never invested in real estate. I never understood the why behind their decision, but knew that I had to learn how this world worked, if I ever invested myself. I began my research and realized that if I really wanted to learn about the real estate market and how it worked, I needed to enroll in classes to receive my license. So, I did and loved every painstaking minute of studying and exams!

In my five years at Marriott Hotels and my 20 years at Continental and United Airlines, I collected an array of customer service skills that I use in my career as a Realtor to ensure the best experience. I understand that each individual is unique in their requisites for representation and that these vary from client to client. Personally, I know that your past experiences determine what you expect and refuse to accept in businesses, restaurants, entertainment venues, or professional contracts. As a Realtor, my goal is to listen to my client's needs carefully, explain thoughtfully, and show listings enthusiastically. I strive to maintain a comfortable rapport that creates an open line of communication where picking up the phone to talk feels natural. I treat everyone with sincere respect and honesty. I encourage all questions, especially those that challenge me! If I encounter a question that I do not know the answer to, then I will research tirelessly to find it.
