Shawna Harward has been a Realtor in Austin, Texas, since 2012, but has been an active real estate investor with her husband for over 15 years. Though Shawna previously worked in the medical field, getting her real estate license was a natural step and she has gained great joy in helping her clients. She understands the process and emotion that goes with buying or selling a house and wants to make the experience an enjoyable one for everyone. Shawna will be with her clients through every step of the process whether it is their first transaction or their twentieth. Shawna's role is to advocate for her clients and help in whatever way they need. Shawna Harward grew up in Cedar Park and has called the area home for almost 30 years. After earning her Bachelor of Science from the University of Utah, she and her husband decided to return to the area she loved so much to raise their own family. They have been blessed with two amazing children, a son who attends the University of North Texas and a daughter at Round Rock High School. If Shawna is not out working with her clients, you can find her volunteering with the youth group at her church or up at the high school helping with the Color Guard and Band. Go Dragons! Ben Patterson is a native Texan who grew up in Round Rock, Texas making him familiar with Austin and the surrounding areas. Ben has seen Austin grow from its infancy to the booming Metropolitan area it is now. Ben has a Master of Arts in Legal Studies from Texas State University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Texas Christian University with a Minor in Political Science. Ben also holds a Paralegal Certificate from Texas State University and it is a Notary Public. Prior to working in real estate, Ben worked in the legal field as a law office manager and litigation paralegal for law firms in Austin, Fort Worth and San Antonio focusing in business litigation and residential as well as commercial real estate litigation fields. Ben's experiences in the legal field have allowed him to develop strong contract management, mediation and negotiating skills that are reflected in his approach towards helping clients attain their real estate goals. Ben lives in South Austin, and in his spare time likes to spend time traveling, mountain biking, kayaking, hunting, fishing, watching TCU Football and spending time with his dog, Freckles.

Yidne Fantu is originally from Ethiopia but has called Austin home since 1990.Yidne has extensive knowledge of the Austin area and very close ties with the community. Yidne has worked in the retail industry for over 20 plus years and brings with him a set of superior customer service skills that are gained through years of experience. Yidne is married to his wife of 21 years and is a father of two young daughters. Yidne is a huge sports fan, and is passionate about the outdoors and traveling all over the world with his family.
