A fourth-generation Texan, Misty Malone grew up in Friendswood and has lived in Galveston, Harris and Fort Bend County. “Real estate demands skillful marketing, planning, communication, negotiation, and financial expertise,” says Misty. “It is my desire to bring ‘added value’ in related aspects of the transaction. Her career has included commercial real estate leasing, construction, development and project management with Trammell Crow Company and American National Insurance Company. They following are FAQ's about me: Where are you from? I am originally from Chicago, IL but now call Houston, TX home. What brought you to Texas? My partner and I looked a lot of places, when we looked at Houston we saw the potential of settling down, buying a house, and enjoying the hot weather. What did you do before real estate? Before real estate I was a elementary teacher. I am also a flight attendant. How would you explain you? I am outgoing introvert, I can be the life of the party or stay at my home and watch a movie. I love to entertain at my house, host pool parties and cook. How do you communicate? I am a person who likes to get to know others. I feed of the knowledge of others. I am always available whether it be about real estate or you need to talk, I am more than just your real estate agent, I will be come your friend. Hopefully we get to know each other better soon.
