Renée Eads' 20-year background in residential real estate and management includes more than 12 years of expertise in third-party relocation. Her broad experience and many successes in the complex and ever-changing relocation industry place her among the most experienced and exceptional real estate professionals in Houston. As a senior relocation manager for two of Houston's largest independent real estate firms, Renée has acquired an encyclopedic body of industry knowledge and built and impressive network of contacts within local, national and international real estate circle. She serves frequently as a "go-to" source for information and informed opinion for her fellow relocation professionals and sales managers. In 2016, Renée earned her Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designations through Worldwide ERC. Complex and detail-intensive, third-party relocation requires a specific set of skills and procedures for agents, managers and company executives. Renée has invaluable expertise in all aspects of relocation and works closely with agents and transferees to ensure that their relocation transactions proceed timely, are as challenge-free as possible, and follow exacting industry guidelines. She is a respected presence on education and marketing panels at relocation conventions around the country and works closely with advertising and marketing personnel to create platforms that enhance her company's brand. Even with her demanding schedule, Renée is a dedicated and enthusiastic volunteer for a number of community causes and charities. She has been a member of Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo – World Championship BBQ Cook-Off Committee since, 2010, volunteers at SNAP and other pet rescue organizations on an as-needed basis.
