I was given her contact information by a friend in Dallas when my husband and I were faced with a fast relocation from Dallas to Houston. As soon as I reached out and connected with Tonia, she took the time to understand our needs/wants and went to work immediately. She stayed in continuous contact and sent me the listings for any properties that met our criteria and even offered to show some virtually if needed. Tonia cleared her schedule and dedicated her day to us when we had only one day allocated to be in Houston to secure a rental. She is very knowledgeable of the Houston area, what to expect commute wise depending on location, and how to navigate the process. We faced a few set backs but Tonia was there to pull us back up and get us back on track. Due to her diligent work and expertise, we found a beautiful location for our new temporary home. Tonia is excellent with communication, punctual, professional and overall very refreshing to be around; we look forward to working with Tonia in the future when we are ready to start looking for a home to purchase.

Tonia was phenomenal!! I am from out of state, Denver, Colorado to be exact. Tonia showed us 13 homes and led me and my mom to our dream home. We love it and were able to get all questions and information we needed quickly. Tonia was very precise and detailed in her work.
