Ryan Hicks

Ryan was the agent for my daughter and her husband when they moved from LA to TX and bought a house. He did such a wonderful job, my daughter recommended him to my husband and me when we were planning to build a house in Fulshear. Ryan was extremely helpful during the entire process of building a house in a new state. He was there from the minute we signed the agreement to build, up until the day we closed. Every step of the way, Ryan assisted us and was a liaison between us and the builder. When anything came up that we were not happy with (flaw in countertop, misunderstanding on the exterior stone, custom construction choices, etc.), Ryan was there and followed up to make sure the changes were completed to our satisfaction. So many things would have slipped by me if Ryan had not been there to oversee the process and make sure we were represented. If anyone is building a new house, buying an existing house, or selling their current house, both my husband and I highly recommend Ryan to handle the job in a professional, complete, and skilled manner. In addition, he is one of the nicest guys you could ever meet. We consider him our first friend in Texas!
