We do not normally write reviews but we really feel this review is worth sharing. Over the years we've bought and sold many properties. While it is true each experience is different, some are easier and some have been harder. For various reasons, this one took approximately 5 months and had a few unexpected things occur that we both could not have planned for. As we moved through the process we found we were so happy to have Julie by our side as a Buyers Realtor. Julie is honestly a go-getter, attentive to your needs and feelings, AND most importantly to the Real estate Process! When unexpected things popped up, we are sure the early morning calls/texts, or late night calls/texts were as stressful on her as they were sometimes on us, but she was always ready to help, listen and more importantly set a plan to keep things moving forward. If necessary she would contact other parties, without delay, to learn if anything could be done to solve problems or answer questions immediately! We feel confident in sharing that she did it all with common sense, honesty & integrity. One thing that made her stand out from other Realtors we've used is that she never made us wait!!. We found we had a lot in common and she likes to do business the same as we try do in our own business. She would answer us immediately, even if it was just to say, " I've received your message and I'll get back to you in a few minutes (or give a time frame), and then she consistently followed through which showed us honesty and integrity about her Real Estate!  Halfway through the process we were shocked to learn she had recently become a new realtor! Her actions showed quite the opposite. We thought she was a seasoned Realtor! We've since learned she also has a good support system in her Broker which is a plus! She saw the transaction all the way through to the settlement table, which was different from past Realtors we've used who would sometimes not show up for settlement! After she gave Bunky her card in the Home Depot parking lot... to the initial 9:00PM text of us asking her if she'd help us look at a property......We didn't expect an answer until the next day, but she answered immediately and we started building our relationship! She proved time and again that she is most definitely someone you want on your side! We are so grateful to have built a relationship with Julie. We truly believe Julie has a bright future in Real Estate and we hope to use her services again in the future, if she'll have us too, LOL.
