Always more focused on answering my questions, giving good advice, etc. than closing a deal. In short, I always knew she was on my side working to make my house purchase as simple and efficacious as possible. With my purchase, she led me through multiple rounds of negotiations to get a price I was comfortable with. One of the points she made that really stuck with me is that once you buy a property you automatically become a seller. Looking at things from that perspective made me make many sound decisions.
