We know this because, as the seller, she was our realtor. Through a relative, we found a buyer, and recommended that the buyer also use Jennifer's services. We saw how she treated both of us fairly and ensured a win-win negotiation. Both sides got what each wanted!

She practically orchestrated everything from end to end. She coordinated between buyer and seller, helped obtain a great lender, and even assisted with getting a roofer replace the roof through the insurance company.

Jennifer is the absolute best and she deserves all the stars in the world. She held my hand and guided me through my first home buying experience. The journey was not easy and she was a phone call, email or text away to help me navigate the frustrations of the home buying process. I remember calling her one of the days during the process and almost giving up on buying my home but she got on the phone, calmed me down and found a way to sort out the issues I was having. All the uncertainties and fear of moving to a different state with the current economy have turned into an overall pleasant and enjoyable experience. Finally, Jennifer won’t let you feel that business is over after closing the home purchase but rather she’ll let you feel that you have not just acquired a beautiful new home but also gained a wonderful new friend. Since we were out of State. We had to do a zoom call for the initial introduction. Jen made great first impression and answered all the questions we had and educated us on more. Which was very impressive.
During the "Shopping for Homes" phase. Jen would regularly send us
a list of homes that just hit the market and new home developments to check out. She would ask us if that was what we were looking for and made adjustments to our liking.

Once we had a good idea of what we were looking for. We made the trip to the Houston area. We met and visited all homes we liked to get a good idea of what we were looking for. She referred us to a new development and we instantly found our next home.

Through the building process. She was there the entire time for my wife and I. She had everything covered. Her following up and following through was 5 Star. She went to bat for us and got the impossible questions answered.

Our closing and transition from out of state was a success. Our entire process was 12 months and she was professional the entire time.
