Crystal Codlin is a driven, Gen Z, REALTOR® who strives to bridge the wealth gap through real estate in the African American community, through Houston. As a rising content creator on various social media platforms, she has reached millions of viewers to educate them on the process of homeownership and affordable housing programs. Crystal is a Houston transplant who moved from Coconut Creek, Florida in May of 2021, looking for a fresh start and to build relationships with like minded female entrepreneurs and creatives, something she loved about her hometown.
