We recently contracted with Ms. Montague in an effort to sell our house, and highly recommend her as an agent! She was courteous and extremely efficient in obtaining information about our transaction.
We were able to put our house on the market within a week of first contact and her attention to detail and go-getter mentality ensured we had numorous offers within the first 3 days of our house being listed—with several offers at or above asking price.
She made sure to update us at every turn of the contract and stayed in constant contact with the buyer’s agent in an effort to sell our home. Unfortunately, due to the buyer’s negligence, the contract fell through just before closing. After reflection of our family’s needs and those of our businesses, we’ve decided to stay in the home we love.
Ms. Montague displayed efficiency and genuine care of our family’s goals and needs throughout the process and my only regret in our dealings is that she won’t receive commission on selling our house at this time. We will most certainly contract with her again if the time comes that we look to sell our house in the future!
