Initially we toured older homes in which she pointed out concerns and promises seen. Eventually we decided to go with a new build. Ran into issues with our builder and contractor... she went up to bat for us with each issues we encountered. Contacted both builder and contractor multiple times on our behalf, as well as was present for our inspection. As a result we went to another home site and she was there for every single meet up, as well as stayed in contact with the salesperson and contractor. Several weeks before closing I came down with pneumonia secondary to COVID and she went to my initial walkthrough, marking every defect she saw. From beginning to end she was involved every step of the way, even when I was being extra and high maintenance. I cannot recommend someone enough.
