She let us take our time and when we did decide to, everything moved very quickly. From getting the house ready, to photos, to putting it on the market it was all in a timely fashion. She was very flexible with our showings and needs when it came to going out of town, working from home, and moving the dogs in and out for potential buyers to see it. She was very straight forward about the market and confident that we would find the right buyer for the price we wanted. The market had just changed where the sell of houses were taking a little longer than the typical timeline (where they would sell in just a few hours or weeks). She kept reassuring us every time we got anxious or stressed and she was spot on. She is very knowledgable about the real estate market and in the end we got the price we wanted. She helped us find our new home and was ready to do showings at the drop of hat for us! When I tell you that Erica will WORK for you as her client she will do just that and MORE! She helped us with so many negotiations, back & forth phone calls, brainstorming ideas on how we could get what we were wanting to pay (all while on her own vacation with her family). She did the job of our buyers agent & broker for the house we sold even when it wasn't her job. The day of the closing I got in a wreck and Erica was literally there within 5 minutes of it happening. When I say she is family , I truly mean it. Erica treats you like your family from the very beginning, will do the right things in the right way, and for the benefit of you - her client. We saw just how much she as a realtor has to do & endure for the buy/sell of your home.
