“Tod and Jennifer helped us find the perfect home near our family. They were extremely dedicated advocates for us with the highest level of integrity. My wife and I are newly weds and we were transparent with our short term and long term goals for our future. Tod and Jennifer found a house that met all of our needs for us and our future children. Our major priority was to find a community that we could raise our children and be involved in and Tod and Jennifer truly found the perfect house and neighborhood. From the initial viewings to the final walk through they were just on top of everything. During the final walk through of the house right before closing, they walked the house and noticed that the temperature of the house was warmer than usual. Rather than going ahead towards closing, they kicked into high gear and called the HVAC inspector who immediately came to check on the air-conditioner. The tech, at no additional fee to us, verified that the a c needed a new part that was quite expensive.
