An experienced agent licensed since 2007, Ray started in real estate pursuing personal real estate investment activities. His primary focus continues to be residential and investment properties utilizing extensive experience gained over his lifetime. Before becoming a full-time real estate agent, he earned Engineering and Business degrees from Texas A&M University and learned about home construction from his father who was a homebuilder. Ray has over 17 years of professional experience buying, selling and managing rental properties including vacation rentals. His broad experience and knowledge base in marketing, contracts and negotiations is readily offered to benefit and protect his clients who are buying or selling and he is ready to help you with home sales and purchases, investment properties or finding you a second home.
