Is BTSA included in your split?
I was just wondering if BTSA is also included in your split with your broker?

It depends on your agreement with your broker! I have had a broker where BTSA is 100% the agent's and one broker where BTSA is included in the normal split.

if you are asking if the total amount of your commission % plus BTSA = is your total commission and is your broker going to take the split from that amount or only your 3% commission. It all depend on what agreement you have with that broker. What plan do you have with your broker, 10% / 90% split, or are you paying $200-$500 per transaction. All negotiable ...depend on which broker you decide to work with and what agreement you have with the broker. Hope this help.
