1,122My question is regarding a new homes around Houston and surrounding areas. Over a couple of years now we have had some builders like KB homes and Pulte homes constructing their new homes and putting breaker box in the front of the houses thereby spoiling the beauty of the communities.
Has anyone complained about this kind of design and how can we the realtors express our dissatisfaction with that type of community designs. How would these communities look like in the years to come and what’s the solution?

I can imagine that does not look nice and may effect the values. One avenue might be the HOA, if there is one. Once the HOA is taken over by the residents a vote can be done to change those locations. Sounds like a safety issue too. Good luck

Those are two builders I don't work with because of the quality of home and their lack of consideration for what the client needs. Hopefully your concern gets addressed and the builders make the necessary change.
