When i share a listing, the reciever can only open browser. How can i share so the receiver can open listing in the app?

If you are a HAR Platinum Member utilize sharing the HAR Branded App with your clients. Best of luck to you!

I have found it easier if you provide the customer with your Branded App. Then you can add, see, and share with them from there. You can also see who subscribed on the HAR website under Manage Branded App.
That is if you are a Platinum agent if not then you don't have the Branded App. If you're not a Platinum agent I copy the link to, email, or text link then either text or email that link to the customer.

I agree check the browser, maybe go to settings and allow the site or cookies...

Hi TC!Where are you sharing from? The best bet is to share from the HAR.com mobile app (make sure you are logged in-it's free to open an account), and to make sure the person you are sharing with also has the app downloaded on their mobile device (and are logged in). The app is free and very useful for searches and sharing listings. If not logged in, it will only open the browser when you share with someone. I'm not sure if that is the same issue you are having since I don't know how you are trying to share, but it sounds like it might be the same issue.
