HOW MANY REAL ESTATE AGENTS ASK THEIR BROKERS FOR HELP?

I'm wondering why so many real estate agents are asking other realtors for help and not their brokers?
I'm a well known broker and I have a open door policy with all of my agents. They can always call me and ask me any real estate questions 7 days a week

Thanks

I am the designated broker of my office and all my agents ask me for help at the time they have questions, even the ones that are licensed brokers. Some have more questions than others, and more frequently, but that is ok. I would rather they come to me and we find the answer than them guess.

I would assume a large percentage. Considering their is a large majority of part-time agents. So, I would assume when new, part-time and semi-seasoned agents have a real estate transaction, it's easier to speak with their peers first before asking their broker.

Just my opinion.
