Builders are everywhere and all of them do not build in every subdivision. The determinant factor is the subdivision your clients are interested in; then you can review and go with a specific builder based on the features/amenities that meet your clients requirements.

Honestly they are all very good, I would recommend talking with the sales people, have them send you their fliorplans. Normally location is an important factor sp scope out which section is most suitable for you then start with those builders. To me it seems all the plans are an open concept right now.
